Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of taxi services provided by Ishwarya Call Taxi ("we", "us", "our") for local and outstation travel across Coimbatore, Tirupur, and surrounding regions in Tamil Nadu. By booking a ride with us, whether by phone, WhatsApp, or in person, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made by calling us directly or messaging us on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once a driver and vehicle have been assigned and communicated to you. Please share accurate pickup location, timing, and travel details to avoid delays.

Fares & Payment

Fares are calculated based on the vehicle type, distance travelled, and trip duration, as listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking. Local rides carry a minimum fare with an included distance, beyond which per-kilometer charges apply. Outstation trips are billed per kilometer for the full journey. Toll charges, parking fees, and state permit charges, where applicable, are payable separately by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Rides may be cancelled by informing us as early as possible before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made shortly before pickup, or after a driver has already been dispatched, may attract a nominal cancellation charge to cover fuel and driver time.

Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

• Passengers are expected to be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carrying illegal items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence may be charged to the customer.
• The driver reserves the right to refuse or end a trip in case of unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Luggage & Belongings

Please ensure all personal belongings are collected at the end of the trip. While our drivers take reasonable care, Ishwarya Call Taxi is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle after a trip has ended.

Liability

We work with verified, licensed drivers and well-maintained vehicles to ensure a safe journey. However, Ishwarya Call Taxi is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or events of force majeure.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
